A CORE VALUE that is at the very foundation of our organization is Gratitude. It reminds us that giving back is the essence of servant leadership. Gratitude has the power to strengthen relationships, cultivate a positive work atmosphere, and inspire goodwill.
So, we’ve taken our core value Gratitude to the next level and formed GIVELOGIQ, a volunteer group comprised of, and supported by, MODLOGIQ and DESIGNLOGIQ team members and key community partners focused on developing ways to give back to the communities in which we work and live.
We are supporting four organizations whose goals and values align with our own.

Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity believes that everyone, everywhere should have a healthy, affordable place to call home.
Operation Triage
Operation Triage, whose mission is to provide emergency advocacy and financial relief, mortgage free homes, and home remodeling/renovations to disable veterans, first responders, and active-duty service members.
McNeil Family Scholarship
The McNeil Family Scholarship was formed by MODLOGIQ in conjunction with Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, to provide educational assistance to Vo-Tech students to help build the next generation of trades workers.
MAP: Modular
Advocacy Program
The Modular Advocacy Program is a campaign supported by the Modular Building Institute (MBI) that focuses on fundraising to support beneficial government legislations, regulations, procurement, programs, and codes. It also works to create new business opportunities in the industry, expand outreach efforts to developers, architects, and code officials, and attract new employees to the industry including non-traditional workers.
